    I planted some sedums in the fall when I was planting them they kept falling apart as branches and leaves fall but by spring they were producing buetiful wight flowers and by late summer and flowers had seeds so I dead headed them and sprinkle the seeds everywhere not really thinking much and then it was nearly spring and now there are baby succulents everywhere and they look like there parent it's soooo cool.

    I'm on your site and I want every last plant that you offer. My only suggestion when it comes to your videos... please have the person zoom in or use an additional camera when you pick up the plants to show them. Trying to remember which plant you noted and then go back to the site to find it is not an easy thing. Now I will go back to your site and try not to give you all the money I received this week.

    • @Mountaincrestgardens
      @Mountaincrestgardens  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      They can, you just need to make sure they are in well-draining soil. I would also keep them out of direct sun in warmer climates. Sempervivum Heuffelii are the ones that are the most resilient in heat and places with higher rainfall. If you want to talk to our customer service about getting a replacement for the one that arrived rotten, email info@mountaincrestgardens.com or call 1-877-656-4035 7am-4pm PT

    I was looking for bigger (>4 inches tall, >4 inches diameter) hardy succulents, that I can put on my marble bed outdoor. I killed a bunch here in Gainesville, FL, I thought they were hardy. What about the ones of the right of the table? They look big! What are they? Are they hardy?

    • @Mountaincrestgardens
      @Mountaincrestgardens  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, every plant featured in this video is hardy. Looks like the grow zone in Gainsville, FL is 9a. So we do have a bunch of succulents that grow in that zone or colder. I also filtered for larger plants so here is the link to plants that we currently have in stock (we will have more ready in the next couple weeks) will get 4" or greater and will work for your zone. mountaincrestgardens.com/hardy-succulents/?_bc_fsnf=1&Cold+Hardiness%5B%5D=Zone+7+%280F%29&Cold+Hardiness%5B%5D=Zone+6+%28-10F%29&Cold+Hardiness%5B%5D=Zone+5+%28-20F%29&Cold+Hardiness%5B%5D=Zone+4+%28-30F%29&Maximum+Height%5B%5D=6%22-8%22&Maximum+Height%5B%5D=3%22-5%22&Maximum+Height%5B%5D=9%22-12%22
