Thank you so much for this video, so detail..to confirm, pls how many pieces(awe) did you use for your Husband Agbada and how many pieces did you use for your dress??
💞💞💞💞💞
I used two bundles for my dress. I can't remember how many bundles I used for my husband, maybe three.
@@TheAkebois alright ma'am, I really appreciate your response
wow.... this is amazing!
please can I just leave the hem of the agbada like that instead of hemming it with the other stripe fabric at the end of it just like in the video?
Yes, you can leave it like that
@@TheAkebois sis do you by chance jave a weightloss page or the person only resembles you😊
Please did you line the wrap part. Also can one use dullface lining instead of tafeta
Yes... I lined the wrap part.
I think you can use any lining of your choice. As long as you don't mind the heaviness dull face will add to your dress.
🎉 happy to join this family ❤ please what can I use to line an Aso oke fabric please
Thank you for sharing. Pls do you have any idea if the Aso oke comes in yard form instead of strips that one has to join
Not yard form. Some makers make it wider so you don't have to do a lot of joinings.
@@TheAkebois Oh.. okay. Thanks for the reply
They call it big loom, you won't need to join it, cause it is wider..
@@adetorojanet6055 Oh wow... I just researched on it and saw some vendors. Thank you so much 😊😊
Good day can I use pain aso oke gele to see this type of your cloth by joining it ma
If you don't mind the seams being obvious.
Thank you so much...but please one awe is how many inches long
I'm not sure...
Thanks for the tutorial ma...how much is the tafeta (the lining ) per yard ?
Pls how many bundles can I use for iro and blouse
What if I don't want to lining it. Will it still come out well
I think it's better line your aso oke
Please how did you put the lacing bar on the skirt
Did you take out the zipper allowance
Yes I did and also still removed 1.5 inches from the centre back
Please I’d like to see how you joined the skirt part
Aww... So sorry i didn't film this part
Please do you mean that you liney it with tafeta.
And do you mean tafeta is better than bridal satin
I lined it with tapeta and I prefer to use tapeta for this kind of fabric.
Please where did you get the stone
In the market... I believe it's quite common
How many bundle of ofi do u use for yours
Two bundles
Please ma if I want to sew it inform of V shape in other to make a dress and not straight, I mean the ones that has stripes like yours please how will I go about it please I need your help ma thank you
Sis how mny inches fold did you do for rhe down part of the Agabada
2.5 inches
Congratulations 🎉 may God bless the union in Jesus name. Pls do you pad the top part?
Amen. I didn't use breast pad... I used bra cups
How many bundle did you use ma
Pls ma if someone buy d one they sell in d market for bride will it be enough for dis style
D one they already do instead of one joining it
I don't know if it'll be enough because I've not worked with the ready-made one before.
@@TheAkebois thank you
Someone bought it to me n I told d person it won’t be enough to go back to d aso oke place
On getting dere they told her I don’t know how to sew it dat it will be enough of any style dat y I want to confirm
Hi is this a skirt and top?
No, it's a gown
Congratulations ma ....please what material did you use to line the Asooke inside
Thank you... I used tapeta.
Do you finish the three budle for your dress
For the man or for myself?
@@TheAkebois for yourself
Yes... Finished 2 bundles for the bodice and 1 bundle for gele and ipele
Pls I really need how you do the corset part on taffeta of the Aso-oke pls I want to sew one urgently

Location please can you sow mine
Please where did you get the aso oke from? Also which would advise, to buy the already weave for groom and bride or buy bundles and join?
I got it from a local vendor. I'd advice to buy the already weaved one to avoid to stress of joining bundles .
@@TheAkebois pls d ready weaved ones will it be enough for dis style
Cause it just 1 fold n 2 unfold dat is inside
How do you prevent the aso oke from fraying, especially the type with shimmers and glitters
Add airstay
@@TheAkebois thank you, I will try this
Wow this is so beautiful
Please can you explain how you measure and cut it please🙏🙏🙏🙏

Nicely but how can I contact u ma
Congratulations your union is bless. Can you help me with your vendors contact?
Thank you 🥰
I don't have this particular vendor's contact anymore. I know another one I can recommend, if you don't mind.
This is trully lovely, you did a great job, the Lord bless your hands🤍
Was one bundle enough for just the agbada please?
Thank you 🥰
I think I used about 2.5 bundles
