  • Erin Patterson has sent a five-page statement to police, seen by the ABC. In it she admits lying to detectives about the food dehydrator they seized from a local tip, telling them, she dumped it 'a long time ago'. She cooked a mushroom meal that is believed to have killed three people and says she bought the fungi at a supermarket and an Asian grocery store, and was herself hospitalised after eating the meal in her Leongatha home.
