Now I own my own 10acre yard and play the same songs while cutting my own grass; I've passed on the love for Adam to my children... and just last night for my daughter's birthday we drove around the country with fries and ice cream as we created a shared experience debuting Coco Moon in the car together, watching the sunset and the deer frolic in the fields. "Adam, Check Please" is stuck in our minds, and "The Meadow Lark" quickly found a place in our hearts. Me and my family truly appreciate his incorporation of faith-based lessons and quotes. I personally love the bass riffs on this album, and the retro style it portrays. A little over a year ago I discovered Fireflies, and then realized how much of a talented musician he was. I loved how rich his musical quality was, and I loved his poetry style. I was curious to see what he was up to only to see that he had been gone for several years. I was really sad to see that, especially once I realized that he had such a vibrant and supportive community. Artist like Adam are few and far between. He inspires me as a fellow musician. I also recognize that for a lot of you, this is a part of your childhood coming back. This might not be nostalgia for me but I'm at least proud that I'll be able to say: "I was there when Owl City came back." Thank You Adam Young!!

ive heard people say that this album doesnt give them those dreamy/imaginative vibes or the authenticity that his very old albums had, well this album isnt supposed to, this album is what adam has experienced + refreshing vacation vibes. So what I wanted to say was dont think too much about it, people cant always write very imaginative songs every now and then, it comes sometimes(cant explain), just enjoy what is there, if u dont just enjoy his old albums. I like this album not as much as the older ones but im happy with this aswell.

This is such a phenomenal album. I loved listening to Fireflies, Galaxies, Alligator Sky etc but these songs in Coco Moon are just incredible. My personal favs are Under The Circus Lights, The Tornado, Vitamin Sea, Dinosaur Park, The Meadow Lark and My Muse. The last song especially made me cry when i first heard it. This is a very good album. I can sit down and let it play straight through. Not a single bad song and they blend together very well. Songs are actually ordered right even though most of them have nothing to do with each other. Really nice album.
