- Whats up guys. I had to recently change my Normal At&t Micro sim card that fit in my Moto E 2nd generation to a Nano sim to fit in my new Moto X 360 pure edition. This is also needed to go from Iphone 4 to Iphone 5 or Iphone 6... huuuhh.. Why so many different sim cards. The videos online are too long. @@TRYtoHELPyou widely underrated, I would even accept trade offs such as intercourse would last 1 minute, same for meals, sleep, sport, anything 1 minute, if we could have every knowledge item possibly boiled down to a 1 minute explanation.

I had already the scissors in my hand when I realized that my SIM was already a Nano card encased in a Micro adapter. 🥴
This is the only video anybody needs. I made a micro sim following this video, after 6 beers and using an pair of old scissors.

Your video was too efficient. Next time, add a 2 minute introduction basically rephrasing the title of the video into 4 paragraphs, and then plug some sponsors for 5 minutes a few times, and tell me about subscribing and smashing the like button somewhere in there too

However, the card remains at its G technology as it was released. Should you use it in a newer phone, able to connect in a superior G, that phone will not connect upper then the card's G. Ex: card 3G, phone capable 4G results phone will connect only to 3G

I got really excited and cut my sim exactly like shown in the video. Unfortunately it did not work in the new phone and have to order a new one online. Did not realize its gonna take 4 days. I paid $6 for shipping and for the new sim. Terrible experience and should not have done it. Sorry for the rant

hi, idk if you still man this but in case you do, what would I win/lose by having at&t install a nano for my new after market note 8? currently have a dying note 4 with a micro sim through at&t. at&t said they can roll it out and have it all programmed for $5 even during this coronavirus lockdown. serious answers only please. the phone is arriving in two days via post office.
I'm confused. Aftermarket note 8? Like, not Samsung? Sounds simple enough to just pay att.... Or you can cut it and roll the dice. Cutting t worked for me.

Two seconds ago I just watched another video where a German guy said do not cut down your SIM, it will not work. So who to believe? Thanks TH-cam.
I used that cut sim for years after, worked just fine for me. It can be done wrong, however.

I used that sim card for several years after. Only got rid of it because I moved and changed providers.

I have never heard of a sandisc sim card. Are you trying to cut your memory card? Don't do that.
@@TRYtoHELPyou oh yes yes sd card, i shouldn't cut it? :') i bought the wrong sd card, didnt know my new phone uses nano sd, now im not sure what to do because I've already taken it out of the packaging and cant refund it...

This is a totally bollocks video mate, if you trim a bit off each edge of the ‘chip’, it’s way too small…
Maybe you have a different sim? Measure before you cut. What I show is what worked for me and many others so far.
