Usually, blueprints are removed when it is a rock bouncer event (this is after they changed rock bouncer events to cost 400 points) but this time they decided to keep blueprints for this rock bouncer event and instead remove the special tickets... I mean it isn't that bad, at least for me, and plus it helps you focus on getting the champion xmas chest instead
