There needs to be a reconditioning of the mind as pertaining to the perception some people have of God. We tend to see God as a figure who dwells in the sky & who's job is to give us what we desire as long as we self righteousnessly obey his commandments.
But in reality God is our Creator a loving Father who loves us unconditionally and desires to have a far more deeper relationship with us his children than a transactional relationship, one were we wholeheartedly worship, serve and live to fulfill His purpose for our lives. In this world we will have trials but in it all we must always remember that we are merely passing by in this world out eternal home is in heaven were there is no suffering, sickness, hunger or death but perfect harmony with God and His beloved children forever.
