So beautiful! Thinking of coming for spring next year as I did autumn last time. And if I do, it’s good to know I could come earlier and still catch some sakura feather than come peak Tokyo sakura season 😊
What an amazing trip! I mean Sakura, a Matsuri, so many delicious foods, fresh squeezed orange juice, AND Shibas!!! I mean, I don’t think any sane person could ask for anything more. Thanks for sharing Sarah, looking forward to seeing the rest of the journey! 🎊
Love your work Sarah! Just discover your channel recently, looking forward to see more unique travel/ daily life vlog!! PS: damn missed sakura season by a day.... FML
The "Sakura "- anything - experience is kinda wild, because you expect cherry fruit but what you actually often get is slightly salty pickled blossoms instead... it's a kinda floral, fragant experience, and quite refreshing. Also, Sakura edition beer cans are cute.
Ohh! Thanks for the sakura vid! This looked like such a cute little festival. And it sounds like you're doing a series of sakura vids? LOVE that! My takeaway from this one is the Tayaki! Super pink koi fish pastry?? Yes plz!
I love this kind of local vibe! It's becoming more a mainstream festival, they're promoting it like crazy in Tokyo on the subway/train stations+ social media too ofc (haha). I filmed quite a fair bit of sakura content last year that never got released.. so going to try to edit that together if it's of a good enough quality! (We'll see!) Also it's not a koi fish, I made a mistake!! It's based off a fish called 'tai', which is where 'tai'yaki comes from haha
Absolutely stunning. To see Sakura blooms and other blossoms in February is so nice. In my part of Canada, we are still in a deep freeze, so this is very appealing. Thanks for sharing.
毎回にせえらさんを見た、「一目惚れ感じい」 i already been once in Shizuoka on my 2nd japan trip really nice city. i never tried sakura sake i should once when i could come during sakura season.
the Season of Cherry Blossom 🌸 is the Time of Dreams, " the fall of the Cherry Blossom petal 🌸, is as the fall of the tear of the Dreamcatcher ". catch the petal , catch the tear , catch the Dream and make a wish ✨✨
Argh. I’m so sorry to be this guy, but at 8:51, *there was a rain **_forecast_* would be the correct phrase, as “forecasted” isn’t a word but is rather a back-formation of forecast.
My favourite time of year is here 🌸The prettiest sakura I've ever seen in Japan are in the Kawazu area in Shizuoka!! Honestly 11/10 😍

It is a wild card, but 7/10 times it’s quite enjoyable! 🌸
I used to live in Manchester and certain parts could be quite grim. But when the Cherry Blossoms appeared the place was transformed.

Long but worth the wait!
たい焼きの形は鯉(こい)ちゃうで〜 鯛(たい)やで😀
鯉は淡水魚、鯛は海水魚🐟
なるほど!!勉強になります笑
ずっと勘違いしてたわ。。ありがとうございます!😌
Dein Englisch ist ja unglaublich gut. Auch dei Akzent 👏
Isn't taiyaki in the shape of snapper fish? Since red snappers are like THE festival fish.
🌸🌸🐕🌸🌸
😍
cute
4:22 What kind of fish is that? Asking cuz I'm writing a story. All that pops up on Google is ayu fish. Is it ayu?
🙏 so how do sakura actually taste like?
Tastes like a floral cherry flavour I think!! 🌸 Changes each time though depending on the snack haha
did you see kangaroo alive? In Australia I mean. I never have seen anyone , even in ZOO.
Subscribed! I like your smile and energy. Please speak a little slower. 🙂
