  • Elecampane has become one of my personal favorite respiratory remedies over the years, not just for its medicinal benefits for many of the common respiratory woes people face today, but as a choice restorative agent. Whether you make it into a tincture or enjoy the syrup, Elecampane is a remedy every herbalist should know.
    In today’s video you’ll learn:
-Elecampane’s pungent and aromatic taste and how it corresponds to its core respiratory properties
-Why this herb is a primo respiratory remedy
-The connection between Elecampane and homesickness
-Elecampane’s correspondence to the Sun and Air Element
-How to prepare medicinal remedies with Elecampane

Drinking elecampane tea for the first time this morning. The taste very much reminds me of well toasted bread with burnt edges. I found it to be very enjoyable! Planning to make tincture for more convenient use.

Sahah I always love how informative your videos are and how clearly you communicate the personalities of each herb. Today I loved having Whitney on as well! Whitney you gave some great insight into growing elecampane. I'm going to see if I can grow it in my area! Love to both, God's blessings to you both. 💖🙏🏽🌿

I love and so appreciate your videos, Sajah! I used to work with a group of Naturopaths in Woodinville, WA who would routinely prescribe tinctures of elecampane alongside calamus and burdock for treatment of Lyme.
