Well, I don't really expect anything less of KL and it shows on this video. It's organized, good road layout, lots of green spaces and it looks enjoyable to roam around on your feet in many places.
Why would you even risk roaming around not just pedestrian-friendly places in KL, but also pedestrian-unfriendly ones? KL is a city where cars have far too much priority while the city's pedestrians and transit riders suffer. Also if you look at the road layout of KL from any map, it actually looks like an poorly-planned mess composed of a mix of expressways and stroads.

I wouldn't really call a city built for cars superb even though KL has managed to build a decent transit system. Also the walkability is extremely inconsistent.
@@trainsandmore2319 Southeast Asian cities tend to follow American standards(not 100%), just like Latin American megacities, São Paulo and Mexico City... full of clogged expressways, bridges, tunnels, fly overs but with some BRT, trains and metro systems.

Oh my good I spotted my former college in masjid Jamek 12yrs ago...ohh I miss kl so much, now I lived in jb ,another big city at southern malaysia.
U Should drive highway within KL. You can go to Mont kiara, cheras, bangsar, federal highway..doubledecker highway SPE, Duke. Etc. Its all within KL city.

KL is pretty but if you want some sort of a "walking paradise" in a small city, nothing beats BGC, Manila. 😊 Sorry folks, it's just an honest remark.
