The psychedelic rock that's came out of Australia has been so good...these dudes are based out of Germany recently and signed to a French label. They really give me that French electro pop-funk robot lineage vibes...they're their own thing certainly, what's in the water down under? Someone's been dosing the country?
One thing I really love is that this crowd is fully engaged. Hardly any phones out and if they are, it's just a quick photo and then back to dancing. Credit to Parisians for that - so many gigs are ruined by everyone standing behind their phones. But this crowd is fully in the moment, and it's lovely to see!
Genuinely don`t believe a TH-cam video has ever given me as much joy as this one, I truly believe Parcels are the music legends of our time. Can`t wait to see them live next year!

I had a totally shit day at work. After very emotionally draining meetings and many angry coworkers, I got back to my desk and had a hard time getting myself to do anything. Then I remembered about this live stream. Within minutes I was absolutely ecstatic and totally turned my day around! AND I got a lot done. Thanks guys!
having the same feeling here, i see the happiness of this guys and i wonder why i need to have such a shitty work? I hope the next time i came here to see this video i could have another vibe :)
@@tomlizer haha well I don't want to complain or compare crappy jobs, but I only meant that Parcels (and the entire Paris crowd) helped me through a difficult day! 😅
Ecstasy is the word. Parcels make music which reminds me of the Qawwali music from Pakistan (and elsewhere) - unstoppably uplifting and motivating. It helps that they are superb musicians.
This show was a catarsis after all the lockdown and everything, it had to be this way, with this festive and emocional vibe, and they were generating that through all this past monts. I mean this is something that HAVE to exist and that's why i'm so proud, many tears come out of my eyes because this is happening and it's glorious, and we can see A LOT of hard work in this show, the lights, the sound mix, the very good playing, the beautiful songs and the joy! And I think they deserve many more great moments like this, thank you again and forever dear Parcels, you've touched my heart!
If you have the opportunity to see these guys live, DO NOT MISS IT. I just saw them last night. Absolutely sensational. Their heart and soul really comes out in their performance.
I literally cannot stop reading everyone’s comments and feeling so much joy and bliss scrolling through them while listening/watching for literally the 8th time today!! PURE BLISS UNLIKE ANYTHING ELSE!!! 💞🙌🏻💞
Do you realize you have made me pay for a trip to North Carolina, from Bogotá, Colombia, and drain my credit cards just to see you guys live? Have you ever thought of the impact your music has on so many people? Good bless those hands and voices, and let this band last for as many years as possible.
I´m 56, but I like what these guys do, and mostly their attitude an commitment on stage. They are still having fun and seem to be quite honest in what they do. I hope them the best.
I’m currently going through a break up and it’s been rough and hit the lowest point in my life but I’m finding the light again. I was going through a hard time a stopped being myself for a while, I became too negative. It was unfair for my self and my soulmate. She broke up with me but I understand that I was hurting her. I want the best for her and it is what the universe has decided to bring upon on me to reflect and learn from my mistakes. I bought tickets for her and I to go see parcels in March and that’s what was keeping me going and I something I manifested with my entire self. I’m forgiving myself for my mistakes and the things I’ve done to hurt the ones that I love. We are not perfect and it’s okay to make mistakes to not be okay and give yourself time to heal and find your purpose again. I’m only 21 and still have so much left to learn. I watch this everyday it brings me so much light, happiness, and it is the key to scape from my own dungeon. The song “Light” inspired me to get the symbol of light tattooed on me, the music touched me on a spiritual level, it’s keeping me moving on. I found the light within me and love myself again. I’m still going to the concert and I’m going to dance my ass off to the my favorite band. Thank you so much Parcels for your music, it means so much to me. Y’all are true creators, the way you transform sound waves, feelings and your passion into something so powerful is inspiring.I’m sending so much love and energy to everyone out there that needs it! It gets better!
When this guy tears up after saying “for the first time, I can actually say I’m proud of the work we’ve done”…WHILE PLAYING IN FRONT OF A SOLD OUT SHOW IN PARIS. That level of commitment to your craft - of looking inward for the definition of “good enough” - is a theme worth noting. The greatest ones don’t let the adulation of others shape their definition of excellence.
Let's start by saying that the existence of this concert made me lift my depressed ass up and wash a 3 weeks pile of dishes because I could listen to it in the meantime, and then at around 01:08:40 the bass flew up in space ushering in the most perfect modulation, and it literally restored my will to live, I burst out crying at how beautiful it is, thinking of how many things like this are still out there left to explore and experience. Thank you, Parcels, for this incredible moment! Can't wait to see you live!
They are on their own. Their sound is unique and they vibe together so we as a band. I too feel lucky to have discovered them early. Can't wait for them to release more music!
Lately I've been really depressed due to my dad's dead recently this year. It may sound silly but one of the few things that keeps me going is listeing to Parcels, I listen to them everyday, on my way to the office, when I have a bad day, when I feel stress out, etc, they just put me in a good mood. I just wish I could see them live someday. Thank you so much Parcels!
I spent this casual Friday night with a glass of pink wine. Couldn't imagine would turn out to be one of the best nights of the year. Was so jealous of the attendees at the show and so grateful for the opportunity to get a little of this taste from my couch. You are legends. God bless!
I actually think PARCELS may very much be the greatest band in the history of mankind. This is just too special. The whole world needs to know theses guys. They're divine.

this is seriously a very good production. as someone who does live productions I only have good things to say. it's really hard to get the audio to sound this good, all of the cameras are insanely well setup and well positioned all of the angles are great and make me feel good, the lighting is incredible just everything about the production is amazing. everyone involved should be very proud, they did such a great job.
I agree 100%. I was blown away by the sophistication and purity. No projections, lasers, just lights and music. The lighting was so simple, reminded me of my concert going days in the 70s. Loved the up close moments with the audience, the phones watching. I hope whoever did this is getting lots of work and recognition.

I find myself cheering and clapping watching this on my computer like I'm part of the crowd and it never fails to put a smile on my face each time I watch it. Such a solid, cohesive performance guys, well done. x
What a show! The first half is electric, the delivery of the band, the response of the crowd and the wonderful location all blending to create magic. Then, in the second half, kicked off by SHADOWS, the roof comes off. A few new songs, some great reinterpretations of old Parcels hits and two amazing covers all blended into 1 great disco funk house party. They just keep going. All of this topped off with the instant classic ‘Something Greater’. Hats off, I can only repeat: what a show!
How is nobody talking about Noah's stamina in Gamesofluck?! The madman is rattling out 16th notes a la Joe Dart/Rocco like it's nothing. Absolute beast 🔥
Now that you mention it, I was listening carefully and Noah does get tired and slows down sometimes (1:05:18 for example), anyway his energy and groove is still impressive
Guys, what have you done to me? I can't get out of this video. It's been more than a month since I discovered this gem but I keep coming back here daily. You guys are phenomenal! This show is up there with legends like Pulse, Alchemy etc.

Legend
Do you happen to know where I can locate this galactic version of Hideout? Omg it’s incredible and gets me dancing every time.
Is there a galatic version of gamesofluck?
@@greefkarga7898 gamesofluck is galactic by itself
This should be on Spotify... What a performance, best band in the world!
Holy shit they’ve taken it to the next level! They’ve added more funk and multiplied it by funk! I’m so funked after that!
Some fans asked them after Free release about the funk they lost. Here it is multiplied.
They really funked up
That's great for a concert.

I haven’t felt bliss like this from music in a looong time or even in ever on this kind of level! Holy cow!! This is rare, and very, very special! 💞🥰
having the same feeling here, i see the happiness of this guys and i wonder why i need to have such a shitty work? I hope the next time i came here to see this video i could have another vibe :)
@@tomlizer haha well I don't want to complain or compare crappy jobs, but I only meant that Parcels (and the entire Paris crowd) helped me through a difficult day! 😅
whats your job?
Ecstasy is the word. Parcels make music which reminds me of the Qawwali music from Pakistan (and elsewhere) - unstoppably uplifting and motivating. It helps that they are superb musicians.
Being at a Parcels show feels like everyone's heart is beating at the same time
This show was a catarsis after all the lockdown and everything, it had to be this way, with this festive and emocional vibe, and they were generating that through all this past monts. I mean this is something that HAVE to exist and that's why i'm so proud, many tears come out of my eyes because this is happening and it's glorious, and we can see A LOT of hard work in this show, the lights, the sound mix, the very good playing, the beautiful songs and the joy! And I think they deserve many more great moments like this, thank you again and forever dear Parcels, you've touched my heart!
completely agree with you.
Omicron is back tho
If you have the opportunity to see these guys live, DO NOT MISS IT. I just saw them last night. Absolutely sensational. Their heart and soul really comes out in their performance.
I was at that show and I can't agree more. Hands down one of the best concerts I've ever seen
You lucky bastards! :(
I am seeing them in Chicago next week! Was this set similar to their set list of this tour?? I cannot wait!!!!
@@igobykp Oakland was similar but not identical! enjoy!
I was at that show too haha. LA was a 2hr drive but it was 100% worth it
I literally cannot stop reading everyone’s comments and feeling so much joy and bliss scrolling through them while listening/watching for literally the 8th time today!! PURE BLISS UNLIKE ANYTHING ELSE!!! 💞🙌🏻💞
❤
Do you realize you have made me pay for a trip to North Carolina, from Bogotá, Colombia, and drain my credit cards just to see you guys live? Have you ever thought of the impact your music has on so many people? Good bless those hands and voices, and let this band last for as many years as possible.
I’m flying from miami to see them that day! We’re Colombian too!
@@riffmania OMG that's amazing. See you there. Look for the bogotano face man with glasses.
We’re flying in tomorrow! We def gotta party! Send me a message
@@riffmania Haha, I think we were standing right behind you, we chatted right before the show about the missed shows and making Asheville happen!
@@PlutoGangBand dude yes! I was wearing a black leather jacket!
❤️🙏🏽
I hope you're doing well now :)
❤🤗
I feel so privileged to be along for the ride this early in their careers! This is truly a one-of-a-kind, momentous, and definitive band 🔥 🙏
You said this so well, my friend! 👏🏻👏🏻
They're all spot on, all the time, funking it, simply amazing.
They are on their own. Their sound is unique and they vibe together so we as a band. I too feel lucky to have discovered them early. Can't wait for them to release more music!
*Words cannot describe how grateful we are that you guys make this available all over the globe*
My goosebumps have goosebumps. This is insane
Wow! Agree
I saw you in the comments of L'Imperatrice and Roosevelt, we got the same taste of music haha
PLEASE DONT TAKE IT DOWN !!!!!
Anyone else coming here daily just to listen the cover of What a Night?
✋
🙋🏻♀️
😅 got me!
Yap. Its a great and addictive cover
I feel seen
I spent this casual Friday night with a glass of pink wine. Couldn't imagine would turn out to be one of the best nights of the year. Was so jealous of the attendees at the show and so grateful for the opportunity to get a little of this taste from my couch. You are legends. God bless!
Same here. Spent the night vaping and drinking some beer all by myself. Definitely one of the best nights of the year.
same!! it was a wonderful experience, i even cried
Lord Henry performance is one of the most perfect things i've seen in my life.
Please dont take this down.
37:57 When you can make a concert full of french people sing their lungs out in English, you know you've made it
Tu m'étonnes! 😆
True that.
wow
Come on guys, you only give us 48 hours of this beauty?! I would play it every day!
This could be one of the best live performances of any band in the last 20 years.
34:00 Heartfelt, teary eyed from just this treasure of a moment... Jules, Pat, Toto, Loiue & Noah, we the fans thank YOU.
I actually think PARCELS may very much be the greatest band in the history of mankind. This is just too special. The whole world needs to know theses guys. They're divine.
I swear, everything they do is so full of life. The crowd in this show was fantastic too! What amazing energy.
Dont let this dissapear from youtube in 48 hours please someone
I'm greatful there are still artists like Parcels. Keeping the old vibes fresh. Making music that you can't sit still
00:45:31 Lordhenry right there... what A SONG omg. and what an interpretation and way to deliver it for the very first time. the only thing I can respond acordangly is: Thank you
I seem to be a pretty late to the party but could it be these guys are gonna be like THE band of our generation ?
Llora pues

I've rewatched this so many times. You can feel the love and joy in the air. It picks me up when I'm feeling down❤
I dare you to sit still during this set. It's impossible! Really hope that this gets put into a Live Album!
this is seriously a very good production. as someone who does live productions I only have good things to say. it's really hard to get the audio to sound this good, all of the cameras are insanely well setup and well positioned all of the angles are great and make me feel good, the lighting is incredible just everything about the production is amazing. everyone involved should be very proud, they did such a great job.
The audio is fantastic, the grading of the footage isn't to my taste
Acord With you amazing unic
What a night with their sound is incredible good heavens.
Do you know what's the original version of What A Night?
Giorgio Moroder 1975, if I'm not mistaken
This guys are making something really big. The best live playing band in the world right now.

It was LordHenry followed by Famous for me.... just aaaaaah, the harmonies, the rhythm, the joy!
Famous didn't get the recognition it deserved. That song is a banger. Though to be fair, this was right after the album was dropped.
Un moment magique, si juste, tellement authentique.
Wow, astonishing! The last time a youtube live performance swept me away like this was Vulfpeck at Madison Square Garden. Absolutely brilliant!
YES! My thoughts exaclty!
I agree!!

Watching this on my way back from Germany to Paris... Put a big smile in my face.
I find myself cheering and clapping watching this on my computer like I'm part of the crowd and it never fails to put a smile on my face each time I watch it. Such a solid, cohesive performance guys, well done. x
This band taught me how effective a good bit of triangle playing can be to deepen that funk! Love this band soooooo much.
Please someone record this concert and put it in another channel so we can watch forever because it was SOOOOO good!!!!!
You do it ?

This video is not gonna stay here? I want watch again in the future.
You must not know what a 16th note is
@@Vladdh uhh... 16th note or a semiquaver is exactly what Noah is playing throughout Gamesofluck.
1E&A2E&A3 etc..
👏 yes honey
Now that you mention it, I was listening carefully and Noah does get tired and slows down sometimes (1:05:18 for example), anyway his energy and groove is still impressive
I can't explain this either. Except maybe, cocaine? xD Guy is popping off with stamina.
Guys, what have you done to me? I can't get out of this video. It's been more than a month since I discovered this gem but I keep coming back here daily. You guys are phenomenal! This show is up there with legends like Pulse, Alchemy etc.
The What A Night cover is just so good, absolutely in love with the whole set

I had the absolute PLEASURE to see this set in Atlanta recently and I can honestly say out of the hundred or more shows I’ve been to in my 27 years on earth, this was the BEST show I have ever been to. Truly exceptional musicians on this stage. So happy I can revisit this whenever I need to.

This band was just meant to be together. The new album is honestly, in my opinion, solid as fuck and stretches to so many corners, and still has it's own parcels identity in every way. I cant wait to see them live next year.
Good job, Parcels. Waiting for that Drop the Pressure Remix....
