i put a similar bed like this together last night. same exact directions but the problem i'm having is with the middle bar. at both ends it doesn't touch the floor and i don't know if it's because i'm on a hard wood floor in my apartment or if i did something wrong

I notice that the mattress would be sitting on the bed rather than in. Does the mattress move a lot? I have my eye on a bed frame but am worried that everyday I would have to move the mattress back into place.
