In my opinion its bad decisions they got rid of Carr and Adams which was one huge mistake i think then they were changin coachs every season it seemed n now this season AP put Minshew as starter when AOC shoulda been. I say this because of the prime time game last friday against the chief’s which was AOC’s first game back frm fracturing his thumb n was close to pullin off the win.

Yeah inconsistent coaching & quarterback play are big factors. You’re not gonna be an above 500 team without some structure in those aspects
