Josh, thank you, I’d rather be safe than sorry. Before hurricane Michael I was following three different meteorologists doing what you’re doing and one of them kept saying that the other ones were overreacting. Well it turned out that he got us all nice and calm and complacent and we were listening to him. It turned out he was wrong!! We had the Michael that we had. So I’d much rather be safe than sorry and appreciate your honesty and your hard work - I know you’re ignoring anyone who’s being rude but my goodness it’s difficult to run a TH-cam channel and to understand all of these maps and models takes a lot of skill and training so I’m here to say thank you and God bless you.
Thank you for trusting me! The fun part about forecasting is that you're never going to get it 100% right, and people will make sure you are aware of that. But to do so before a storm forms would be premature.
Yeah it was. Rode it out in Dothan, AL! Didn't have power for about a week. Trees down everywhere. Hoping it won't be as bad in my current location near Destin, FL., but it's not looking too hot for here either. 😂
You are a blessing to all of us while all the time and effort you put in to keep us updated is so greatly appreciated. I'm on the dirty side of the upcoming hurricane being east coast FL and so I believe I will get blasted with rain to say the least. Thanks again Josh for keeping us informed and God bless.
Thank you for your wonderful updates and your scripture readings. We are directly north of Panama City and Tallahassee in Southeast Alabama we usually do get whatever they get, winds and or tornadoes spinning off. I only said that because you said it’s not an Alabama storm. There is a small part of us up Here that get hammered whenever a storm comes into the panhandle of Florida. 🥺🙏🏻
Thank you brother for the info… I’m not sure what I’m doing but generally I leave… tornadoes, power outages are awful… but hard to know where to go in this situation.
@@samuelreed6519 i think its because the earth is changing and weather is doing strange things.this may signal the end of the world and the Bible predicts these things .
@@MichaelM-uw3mk I am sorry you are so cynical. Josh is obviously a very well trained and experienced meteorologist who has been more accurate than many of the TV meteorologists as far as the intensity and track of these storms well ahead of the NHS.
Josh - In your opinion and based on the current track - what does this mean for areas like Anna Maria Island / Sarasota / Bradenton / Palma Sola...etc...?
Latest hafs models both of them take this sub 900mb hafs b takes down to 888mb as well as a max winds of 195mph now I don’t think it will get that strong but I do believe there’s a real risk of a strong cat 5
What a great message for us at the end Josh. Thank you for that as well as the update on Helene. Josh…. I have 2 parts to this: Part 1: thank you for keeping us all up to date on the weather. We greatly appreciate it! Part 2: I have to correct you on the last part of this video: 1. you misinterpreted the story about Paul, the men and the tempest…. That story turned the men’s lives around and proved to them that God is real because Paul was hearing from the Lord and was able to save those men’s lives on his way to his trial. 2. Did you just say “God CAN’T stop the hurricane?” What you just did was put a limit on what God can do which is anything and without limit, so watch yourself on that one. My God can do ALL THINGS. 3. We have the power and ability to change circumstances and weather through prayers…. Please, Josh, be careful with what you say because that part at the end of your was false and you need to go back and pray about it. I’m doing this as a kind rebuke because we don’t need to be leading people astray in times of trouble. Thank you.
God can't stop hurricanes from forming or intensifying, but I still trust God with all my heart, and every prayer counts. We are trying to tell God how big our problems are instead of telling our problems how big our God is. A lot of us struggle with that part, myself included.
@@joshsseverewx Yes! Go to God and tell Him about your problems but also you need to remind your problems that GOD IS BIGGER!! You’re still limiting what God is capable of. You doubt His ability to control weather which also limits your trust in other big things…that’s what I’m trying to tell you. He can do ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING to include tearing apart a storm system (hurricane). It’s been done! Please ask God to help you with your unbelief and to help you trust Him more. God bless, brother.

@@SzymczykProductions That is why personal planning and local emergency management intervention are critical in those types of areas.
