In C skill, you have to obtain riders by unlocking them. The game won’t give it to you for free unless you’ve unlocked them. Ex:- Without owning Faiz, I won’t have Faiz in my Decade C skill. But if i have Faiz unlocked, then I can also use Faiz in my decade booker Pretty sure Lee will add more riders to the C skill.

Violent Decade appears normally. If you attack someone with Decade, there’s gonna be a bar called angry bar or ultimate bar. If you get it to 100 by just attacking enemies, you can press X to use Violent form.

How do you get different rider cards for decade to transform into? Or do you just have to unlock more riders and they automatically pop up in there
Unlock other riders.
Currently the riders given in the video are the ones you can Henshin into.
More riders will come in the future.

You’ll get a side view and you’ll see “Violent Traveler”. I hope this helps.
