Mmg you aren't supposed to throw it in the yellow part of the timing, yellow timing means its an innacurate ball, and red means its a terrible throw, your goal is to fill up the blue part of the meter as much as possible before it hits the yellow part for the best throw, hope this helps you out

Can definitely see 20 weeks recovery time before being football ready for a fractured knee cap. I had one a couple years ago that was actually fairly minor, and it took 10 weeks before I was even allowed off crutches and able to put weight on it, another 2 before I could go back to work, and another 4-6 beyond that in rehab before it finally was close to useable. Not 100% mind you. Just useable for every day life.
