I observe in this channel that most of Japanese people who visit and stay in the Philippines for a while tends to change in a good way like they become relaxed, open to others, they become lively, happy and not shy anymore. Philippines brings positive outlook to them.
Life is too short, don’t take like TOO SERIOUSLY, don’t be hard on yourself.
Yes, every people should focus and be serious when it comes to work, but still, don’t forget to relax, laugh, dance, tell jokes, talk to people, enjoy the beauty of nature, listen to music, play, etc. In short, loosen up!

Masyado kc sila focus sa trabaho sa Japan kc pag di sila nagtrabaho ng mabuti dun wla sila kakainin kc sobrang mahal ng cost of living dun Di ka mbubuhay kung magtatatambay ka lang tapos negative Celsius pa Klima nila dun dagdag stress sa mental health nila.
I still respect foreigners that buy land even though they are not the owner by law but they trust filipino who bought the land for them 👍🏼

So what happens when foreigners buy land by illegally using a filipino name? Do you still have enough land for all filipinos?
Foreigners can’t buy nor own land in the Philippines. Only a foreigner spouse can inherit the land when the Filipino spouse dies.
The Ph government need to build more concrete roads and provide electricity to far flung areas.its a shame that they are neglected by our government.
But they don't neglect their pockets. Lol!

Japanese and Filipino architecture have quite a few things in common. Especially ancient Filipino architecture. The sliding doors and windows, including internal doors and walls (ancient Filipino doors and windows were all sliding, there are no ancient Austronesian word for hinges). The capiz shell and/or amakan wall panels which resemble Japanese shoji walls. The floor mats (banig) made from pandan/reed leaves which resemble Japanese tatami. The raised floor like in Shinto architecture is an especially striking similarity, and may indicate that Japanese culture share an ancient common ancestry with the rice-farming ancestors of the Austronesian peoples of Taiwan, island Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands.

Japanese used to revise design drawings more than 10 times until they are comfortable enough to implement in the construction.

田舎で家を自分達で建増ししたりしてた時は、私達はふねでコンクリをこねて作っていました。
木は呼吸をするのでフィリピンの気候にあうといいのですが、長く使える寄宿舎ができるといいですね!
私が高校の時入っていた寮は鶏小屋を改造したものだったので大変でした。
熟練左官工の仕事は芸術ですね。
学べる環境の手助けはフィリピンの未来に繋がります。

Watching this video clip for the first time made my heart swell. It's lovely to see people working together to help the children in the community. The rural community is beautiful! I like the architect's vision of creating a structure that blends in with the environment. It's my way of thinking too though I am not an architect. It is also nice to see the fusion of Filipino and Japanese ideas in the construction of the dormitory. Hats off to you all.

I have always loved your videos, sadly seems to me not a lot of people really know your channel or doesn't realize the Japanese characters are the Dial Eleven channel itself. To be honest, you guys are proof that no matter what happened in ww2, even if some enjoyed doing the bad stuff in the war, not everyone is that way. You can see in this channel the heartwarming intentions and actions of these Japanese people, even if they're not like too great feats but they are significant feats, and you can feel that uniting spirit of harmony that's like coming from the unknown beyond the understanding of our comprehension.
If that dormitory was a local project, the trees and plants would just be cut down and destroyed with no heed to the natural environmental aesthetics. The project headed by the Japanese preserves and integrates the natural environment into the dormitory construction and end up with much better results.
I hope we also learn this meticulousness and planning from the japanese, as much as you learn from us, we also learn alot from you.
So nice. I hope someday I can visit you in the Philippines during my vacation. :)

1:43 hmn. using native materials for a roof is a good idea. you wont feel the heat from the sun compare to metal roof. hopefully, there are craftsmen who are available in the area to do maintenance and changes when the roof deteriorates fast.

hailstorms do happen rarely in the philippines. Las Pinas had experienced a hailstorm more than a decade ago.
