That's Guan yu and Karakurt. They come from the "contra" mod. It's a pretty good mod and includes many more unique units, you should try it out if you have the game.

@@KelYarbin Yeah the Suan Ni feels considerably underpowered. It should be faster and have gatling cannons by default, otherwise you need to train more infantry just to get some use out of it.

Guan yu the most op unit. 2nd is karakurt.
But i prefer china infantry's tank with tank soldiers. Though it has very short range
Suan Ni needs more range, speed buff like nuclear engines and the classic Gatling gannons on top of it
