Bibhav Kumar Arrested | Arvind Kejriwal Aide, Accused Of Assaulting Swati Maliwal, Detained By Cops

- Arvind Kejriwal's aide, accused of assaulting Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal, has been taken into custody by Delhi Police. Ms Maliwal in her FIR had alleged that Bibhav Kumar, the Delhi Chief Minister's secretary, assaulted her when she visited Mr Kejriwal's residence on Monday.
The incident has triggered a political storm. The BJP has heavily criticised Mr Kejriwal for his silence, with its spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia even going as far as labelling Mr Kejriwal the "main criminal" due to his apparent inaction during the assault.

At least delhi police acted in time, but in Karnataka police gave time to revanna to flee from India ... It is not like the Karnataka government wasn't aware, they waited till he fled and started politics.... Their duty was to arrest him first... Well they were in an alliance before, so they showed some loyalty by not arresting....

According to the media reports, Mr Bibhav's appointment was struck down by LG, Delhi due to earlier case against him in 2007. If so, is he authorized to file a complaint against the MP ? Did Chief of security at CM's residence file a similar complainant ? Kindly clarify
People deserve the truth. Was she assaulted or not? What’s the proof apart from bruises. Also, she looks alright in the video so there should be proper evidence and evidence should be made public
