Slicing Skills on a Mango
Take of the stem on the top of the mango. Slice off a small section of the bottom to flatten the mango and stand it upright.Slowly work your way into the mango on both sides of the pit. Shave some more around the pit to get as much mango as possible.Use the flat tip of your knife to score the mango into cube shapes. Don't push your knife too hard so it doesn't go through the other side of the mango. Use your thumbs and push from the back of the mango. Slice off the chunks.
