That is in North Vietnam. I almost did it but cancelled because 10 days are very less for full Vietnam exploration.

Yes I remember renting a scooty for 200 Baht in Koh Samui. But since he quoted 500 directly so I didn't know how much I could bargain. Plus I don't bargain a lot usually so I guess it's fine :)
