I just started actually- like, yesterday. It’s not too bad, I don’t make myself bleed. Just a pinch of pain, and I know I should stop- but it’s family issues and stress. But anyways, I’m fine, and it’s not too serious ❤
If you guys need some help please talk to an therapist or any trusted adult. I know it might not be easy but try at least lean on others and ask for help. Everyone is loved and no matter what is your most darkest thoughts or events your going through, please push through it! I will cheer you on and so does everyone else you love will too! Just stay strong for the people who support every single one of you and for yourself!
