The sound effects of running on the streets, the weapons, the hunters dream, the hunters nightmare dlc, there really is nothing like this game. It just executed its style so well, remained true to it throughout, and has enough weapons and ideas for multiple playthroughs. Hunters dream is still the coolest hub area too

I thought a while about this situation and surprisingly, I'm almost certain that the door that would stop the no door opening any% run would be as far as the Lecture Hall revisited. Up until then everything else can be avoided via beast grab skip, Byrgenwerth flower creature jump into the lake, and some skips in Yahar'ghul. But the only way into Nightmare of Mensis leads through the abyss door... Shame, it sounds like a cool and challenging run. :D Good to see you back, bro.

2:07:32 I had big troubles with Ludwig in this game basically since I got the game, every playthrough he was the bane of it and i would end up taking 30+ times to then end up brute forcing my vitality and damage levels to push past him. It wasn't till i decided it was time to do a BL4 playthrough this year, that I finally got the fight down. It took a couple days of multiple hours of bashing my head at it, but once i got it, it was the greatest feeling. Now having done the game this way, the whole thing is so much more interesting and simple, I'm no speed-runner but I can clear a full playthrough comfortably in around 4.5 hours (I tend to pick up everything, horrible habit i can't shake) without any struggles anymore without heavily investing into levelling and just messing around in fights having fun with the mechanics. Hell, even some of the trickier chalice bosses have just become routine it's really changed the way I enjoy the game and I've fallen in love with the experience all over again. 9 years from release and it's still one of the only games I've played that I just can't put down for too long.

You popped up in my reccomendation after watching too many ogles tutorials and the first videos I watched of you were your bloodborne randomizes and they were A BLASTTTT I especially loved the one where Laurence was the cleric beast and kos was father G. I literally died when kos appeared again for martyr logarius 😭 I’m currently going to fight the living failures and I’m also confused if my moonlight holy blade can be a strength build because I’m using military veteran 🤔 those are questions soon to be answered anyways. Zeus, have you played the Dark Souls 3 Cinders mod? It's offered on PC, but it basically adds weapons/armor from demons souls, dark souls, dark souls 2, dark souls 3, bloodborne and sekiro. Adds new enemy NPCs, new classes, move sets and it's a lot of fun. Tons of weapon types and armor.
