Love chris and his dedication towards calisthenics but i recommend using a stretching strap or towel for the hamstrings and quads. I've had a spinal fusion and leaning forward while sitting or bending over to stretch the hamstrings isn't good for the lower back. Using the stretching strap allows you to focus more on the hamstrings and relieve lower back discomfort.

Don't crack your back by twisting your spine. Consult a physical therapist for mobility. The best method is using a foam roller for the mid back and thoracic area. Never use it for the lower back. I would watch athlean x for better mobility than some thirst trap. 😂
