So would it be useful to use a leather strop after using the SB sharpeners to just kinda polish up that blade a little more and get it wicked sharp?

Absolutely yes. The strop will remove pieces of burr that cannot be seen or felt, which is extremely important for edge longevity. Also, it it will make it much sharper, as well as make it cut better from the scratch pattern going from spine to apex rather than from handle to tip (an apex that looks like a hacksaw blade under a microscope will cut better than one that looks like the back of a hacksaw blade, sharpness aside). It will also help with any deeper gouges in the bevel created by the carbide cutter. And as a bonus, it'll be more aesthetically pleasing.
