Honestly, I didn't think I would like this one by just looking at the outside. Boy was I wrong. This house is beautiful. As soon as the front door opens, the true magic begins. So glad I watched. I was truly amazed.
The exterior of the house is not particularly attractive but could easily be improved. I would eliminate the decorative (no chimney) fireplace in the living room and put the TV at a more comfortable level. The kitchen is somewhat compact, but there's an anteroom whose purpose is to access the garage, the laundry room and the pantry - and oddly, the master bedroom suite! The master suite is very spacious.
Decent but not exceptional curb appeal. This is a one story home, how do you clean the windows upstairs? The roof pitch is not welcoming at the front door if it’s raining. But it certainly is adequate for snow load. The living room has space for adding a place to take off coats and boots, with hooks for hanging things. The living space is strikingly smaller than I was expecting for an 1800 square-foot home. As this is the main living area, I would appreciate it being a little larger. The size of the kitchen takes a big hit here. At least there is a pantry close by. I appreciate having access to the rear patio which I hope is under beam. Didn’t notice it on the beginning of the video. Master suite is acceptable but not my preference since I do not like my clothing closet to be part of the bathroom due to the accumulation of moisture. The shower stall looks to be on the small side too. The laundry room must vent to the garage which is not optimal but OK. The entry from the garage into the room has space for a small bench and perhaps even a coat closet for changing shoes on snow days. Guest bathroom is fine. The guest bedrooms are on the large size which is fine, but in planning the house I’m surprised that the dining room wall wasn’t pushed back another foot or two. Always happy to see an attached garage.

Thanks for your suggestions
In the garage area, there is a bonus room above, but it usually depends on the client's needs, and the plan can be adjusted accordingly
@@avnstudio93 Oh great! So I would have room to sleep 10 people then? Kids upstairs via what means? Ladder, stairs from the garage?
@ kids are 9, 11, 12, & 20.
