I have one example
Pizza delivery time in 1 city observed 28 variance 38
And in 2nd city delivery time observed 25 and variance 83
City 1 delivery time is less than city 2 at alpha value 0.05
Sir my question is that how I know this is an example of left tailed F test and why I will use 0.95 significance level as already mentioned although for F test 0.95 table not available?
