I think the attachment on the excavator should be better as a cutter than for ripping apart. With so much rebar, a cutter would take better care of the project.

Like watching paint dry, either this is a normal pace or a terrible operator, not actually sure but it doesn’t look very productive at this pace but what do I know 🤷🏻‍♂️
