I don't really pay attention to "Meta" when building loadouts, but this list is no surprise, and no surprise I am using the ones on the list I have. I do expect some nerfs to some of them, but who knows when that will happen.

Outbreak is there bc the 3x super regeneration. Outbreak gives you a ton there and also with the celestial bug its diabolical
