Another great video. I'm thinking that it might just be better to toss them into the stockpot right at the beginning. I've started doing that with any gold plated pins and find it to be a FAR easier and cheaper method of dealing with them.
Nice Video! I have been doing my own reverse electroplating some jewelry. I was using a copper basket with a battery charger hooked to a fabricated lead cathode and the copper basket serving as the anode. However, when I begin the process, I get a reddish dark brown deposit that builds up on the Lead cathode. But, if I just dip the pieces in the solution just as you did, it de-plates the item, but I do not see any collection of particles on the cathode then. Is the gold supposed to collect on the cathode?
Do I have to wear the gloves and glasses if I'm careful? I'm American but I still take pride in being a real man and safety equipment I think was made for more feminine people. I also think you are only wearing that safety equipment because you understand not so tough people will try this.
That went smoothly!
Have a Great Day My Friend!

Very nice, thank you. Very clean & straight to the point. Well wish my friend. How is the cherry chop this year?
The best reverse electoplate video I 've seen !! Except from your old videos with r.e.
Super video, samo tako 👍👍👍

Can I do the same with silver plated stuff ?
Did you END up making a Little of profit pour thi initial cost + acid /SMB cost tu Much?
love the video
Very nice
Thumbs UP
Excelente.
no delay reaction that time
