Don’t be like the hypocrites - they are doing it for the applause, approval and validation of men. Their motives aren’t pure. Looking for a good report with men. This is a waste of time. Be able to look past the deception of the desire to be seen. 2. Enter your closet - Pure motives. Pray from the secret place. Carry the idea of the secret place. Praying with the assumption that you are alone with God even in public. There is a certain level of self-consciousness that can rob you from receiving from God. When you assume you’re in the closet you’re not concerned about what others are thinking of you. Your focus is that you are communicating with The God of all flesh. He is The One that answers all prayers. ~ Because of the lack of the Secret Place mindset many people are unable to receive the baptism of The Holy Spirit. They are too concerned about what others think. 3. Vain repetition in the similitude of the hidden - This type of kindest thinks they will be heard because of much speaking not Power and Potency. The Bible is not a magic book. The name of Jesus is not a charm. There is power in the name of Jesus because of the Person of Jesus Christ our Living Lord and Savior. When you focus on the name only and not the person of Jesus you are behaving like a heathen. EXAMPLE: 1. A person is trying to cast out demons in the name of Jesus and the demons won’t go because the person doesn’t have the revelation of the person of Jesus Christ our Lord. 2. 7 Sons of Sceva - Acts 19:11-20 - were attempting to cast out demons of one man and were overtaken by the man. They were severely wounded and ran away naked. The mindset is pegged at the Volume of their speech, not the power that backs what they are saying. Not the truthfulness of the communication but the Volume. The power in prayer is not in the enchantments. “Be ye therefore not like them, for your Heavenly Father knows what you have need of before you pray ask Him.” God is aware so why would he allow you to pray? 1. Prayer is not limited to petitions alone. Daddy God is interested in fellowship with you, so He will allow you to come to Him. He can grant you the answer without coming but this would rob Him the opportunity for fellowship with you. He loves you. 🥰 Prayer does many things. 2. It validates the pattern of God. What is the pattern of God? The pattern of God is that he gave dominion and he gave man a will. The moment God gave man a will it became scripturally incorrect for God to veto the will of man and supply anything. Even at the expense of your eternal salvation. He allows us to choose Him. Even at the expense of your eternal doom , He will not force salvation on you. Jesus said after this manner pray like this: The manner is the pattern of God. It’s not copying the recitation of The Lord’s Prayer. Discern by the Spirit of God the Pattern of God and use it in your prayer, and it will cause your prayer to be effect as Jesus’ was. 😉 The idea is not recite you will become like the hypocrite. See Revelation 5:10 There is the priesthood ministry of the church and part of that ministry is to offer the beautiful incense of prayer, so all believers are called to pray. ALL BELIEVERS ARE CALLED TO PRAY! See Mathew 21:13 Jesus himself after flogging people from the temple said my house shall be called a House of Prayer 🙏🏾 His house should be a place where people can commune with The Father. God’s house should be a place where people can easily communicate with Daddy God. WHY DO WE HAVE TO PRAY? 1. It’s a command ~ See Luke 18:1 and 1 Thessalonians 5:17 We are taught to pray so that our prayers are effective. Pray without ceasing means to be consistent in your prayer life. This does not mean pray all day, you will be ineffective. Don’t go on break then resume after 5 months.😆 2. It’s one of the major strategies of fellowship with Daddy God ~ See 1 Corinthians 14: 2 Paul is teaching the church in Corinth about prayer. The love of God and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you always. Communion means the sharing together. It means intimacy, intercourse, and the participation of the Spirit. Paul is praying for oneness with Daddy God for the Saints because he knows that it is only with God that all things are possible. Whatever makes you lose your connection and robs you of an opportunity for intimacy has also destroyed your potential for efficiency. 3. It is a platform for Growth and Transformation ~ the growth process was designed that prayer would play a major part in it. Believers that don’t pray cannot grow effectively. See Luke 9: 28-29 Jesus prayed and His countenance changed and the glory was upon Him. See 1 Corinthians 14:4 He that prays/speaks in an unknown tongue edifies (builds up) himself. See Jude verse 20 Beloved build yourself on your most Holy Faith by praying. This means you’re growing and increasing by discernment. Your facilities in the realm of the spirit are being heightened and fine tuned in the place of prayer. ~One of the classic signs of prayer-less-ness is discernment. Discernment is the faculty of spiritual perception. The ability to be able to receive the impulses of the realm of the spirit. To perceive: danger, joy, the activities of Angles. ~ Man is a spirit that possess an earthly body. The faculty that connects the spirit and the body is the mind which consist of will, emotions, and intellect. It’s a bridge that the spirit uses to interact with the body, and a bridge that the body will use to execute the impulses of the spirit. ~ Soul = The spirit of the man in partnership with this faculty of this consciousness. When a man dies there is one spirit that leaves the body. When Jesus dies one spirt left His body and one spirit returned to His body. ~ The realm of the spirit controls the physical realm. Prayer is a Platform for Warfare and Intercession There is a healthy balance of the subject of warfare that must be communicated. See Acts 12:1-11 Peter was in chains in prison. Believers were praying after the way Jesus taught them. Angels came and freed Peter from the prison. Apostle Joshua Selman tells 2 stories: 1. He lost his wallet in Abuja and he began to pray in the spirit and an Angel returned it to him. 2. An Angel advised him on how to effectively execute marketing to a city he was in. We pray because it’s an instrument of warfare. See James 5:13 💫What is warfare? Warfare is establishing the will of Daddy God in spite of the contentions of darkness. Engaging the mysteries of prayer to establish the will of Daddy God. 💫 ~Satan will never let your destiny go without a battle. He will attack everything that can be attacked. You will never win in life if you allow your destiny to be operate in default. What is intercession? Intercession is standing in the gap for someone else or a territory. It is making petitions to heaven on behalf of an individual or a territory. It is a revelation of God’s mercy on man!!!!😆 Thank You, Lord! ~Intercessors in The Body of Christ can intercede without public visibility, and be the backbone of The Kingdom. These people are greatly prized in the spirit. Example: Anna the Prophetess interceded for Jesus. This enabled Him to come and keep Him alive. See Luke 2:36-38. She sacrificed her life after her husband died. ~ Don’t allow Satan to destroy your loved ones. PRAY!!!! ~ If person is afflicted, then he should pray. In the flesh you calculate wrongly. Don’t discuss scientifically. Pray and allow The Holy Spirit to draw forth what the real issue is and communicate it to you. ~You know powerful Believers because they pray and wait on The Holy Spirit for direction. You’ll know believers that DO NOT PRAY by the repetition of trouble they get into. 5. Prayer is a Strategy to Keep Your Faith Alive ~See Luke 22:30-32 Satan is attacking Peter and Jesus sees and said He will pray for him that his Faith will not fail. Satan sifts people through attacking their Faith. ~What is Faith? Faith is your conviction. A double mind is unstable in all his ways and cannot receive anything from God. When Satan wants to make sure you don’t receive anything he began to make you doubt your convictions. He will begin to manipulate the flesh realm to attempt to get you discouraged. Example: A promise has not manifested yet and Satan wants you to focus on the absence in the physical realm and lose faith. ~When we pray we stop our Faith from failing. When we pray we increase our Belief in God’s promises. 6. Prayer is the Authorized Biblical Platform to Make Your Request and Petitions ~ Most believers aren’t praying. They are engaging in blind, fleshy, carnal arguments. They are lamenting. Lamentation doesn’t have a harvest of answered prayers. We are not to complain. ~ See Mark 11:24 ~ Whatever you desire pray and ask and receive. Remember You must receive first in the spirit realm. Prayer is the channel that causes your desire to be received and then it manifest in the physical realm. See Philippians 4:6 ~ Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request made known to God. See James 4:2-3 ~ You have not because you ask not. You ask and do not receive because you ask with the wrong motives. WOMEN that shout like that when the MOG is teaching are suffering from the dumb and deaf spirit. When you're recieving annointing from the word and teaching you take it in with grace and aay amen or HALLELUYAH or stand up and soak it all in. not to distract listeners and fellow church members. How is a person sitting next to them suppose to hear the message. Jesus himself had to cast that same spirit out of the man that had the deaf and dumb spirit before the crowd showed up because jesus knew that sort of spirit liked acting out when there's a crowd. If they were just with the MOG alone they wont be doing alll that just like the mad man didnt act up when he was alone with Jesus before jesus noticed the crowd coming.

Why Do We Pray Part 2
4. Prayer is a Platform for Warfare and Intercession
There is a healthy balance of the subject of warfare that must be communicated.
See Acts 12:1-11
Peter was in chains in prison.
Believers were praying after the way Jesus taught them.
Angels came and freed Peter from the prison.
Apostle Joshua Selman tells 2 stories:
1. He lost his wallet in Abuja and he began to pray in the spirit and an Angel returned it to him.
2. An Angel advised him on how to effectively execute marketing to a city he was in.
We pray because it’s an instrument of warfare.
See James 5:13
💫What is warfare? Warfare is establishing the will of Daddy God in spite of the contentions of darkness.
Engaging the mysteries of prayer to establish the will of Daddy God. 💫
~Satan will never let your destiny go without a battle. He will attack everything that can be attacked.
You will never win in life if you allow your destiny to be operate in default.
What is intercession? Intercession is standing in the gap for someone else or a territory. It is making petitions to heaven on behalf of an individual or a territory. It is a revelation of God’s mercy on man!!!!😆 Thank You, Lord!
~Intercessors in The Body of Christ can intercede without public visibility, and be the backbone of The Kingdom. These people are greatly prized in the spirit.
Example: Anna the Prophetess interceded for Jesus. This enabled Him to come and keep Him alive. See Luke 2:36-38. She sacrificed her life after her husband died.
~ Don’t allow Satan to destroy your loved ones. PRAY!!!!
~ If person is afflicted, then he should pray.
In the flesh you calculate wrongly. Don’t discuss scientifically. Pray and allow The Holy Spirit to draw forth what the real issue is and communicate it to you.
~You know powerful Believers because they pray and wait on The Holy Spirit for direction.
You’ll know believers that DO NOT PRAY by the repetition of trouble they get into.
5. Prayer is a Strategy to Keep Your Faith Alive
~See Luke 22:30-32 Satan is attacking Peter and Jesus sees and said He will pray for him that his Faith will not fail.
Satan sifts people through attacking their Faith.
~What is Faith? Faith is your conviction.
A double mind is unstable in all his ways and cannot receive anything from God. When Satan wants to make sure you don’t receive anything he began to make you doubt your convictions. He will begin to manipulate the flesh realm to attempt to get you discouraged.
Example: A promise has not manifested yet and Satan wants you to focus on the absence in the physical realm and lose faith.
~When we pray we stop our Faith from failing. When we pray we increase our Belief in God’s promises.
6. Prayer is the Authorized Biblical Platform to Make Your Request and Petitions
~ Most believers aren’t praying. They are engaging in blind, fleshy, carnal arguments.
They are lamenting. Lamentation doesn’t have a harvest of answered prayers.
We are not to complain.
~ See Mark 11:24 ~ Whatever you desire pray and ask and receive.
Remember You must receive first in the spirit realm.
Prayer is the channel that causes your desire to be received and then it manifest in the physical realm.
See Philippians 4:6 ~ Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request made known to God.
See James 4:2-3 ~ You have not because you ask not. You ask and do not receive because you ask with the wrong motives.
Many people are asking with no Kingdom advancement in mind.
❗️God is NOT obligated to partner with you on any matter that does not have provision to give Him Glory! ❗️
Align your prayers with Kingdom advancement.
If you want Speed in your life, then die to yourself and make it ALL about Daddy God. 😇

WOMEN that shout like that when the MOG is teaching are suffering from the dumb and deaf spirit. When you're recieving annointing from the word and teaching you take it in with grace and aay amen or HALLELUYAH or stand up and soak it all in. not to distract listeners and fellow church members. How is a person sitting next to them suppose to hear the message. Jesus himself had to cast that same spirit out of the man that had the deaf and dumb spirit before the crowd showed up because jesus knew that sort of spirit liked acting out when there's a crowd. If they were just with the MOG alone they wont be doing alll that just like the mad man didnt act up when he was alone with Jesus before jesus noticed the crowd coming.
