      Sir, how tool for EDM is manufactured ? As manufacturing accurate tool is only done when tool is precise

    dosent the high temperature surrounding the spark cause the dielectric fluid to vaporize ? So how can the same volume of liquid be circulated?

    sir i have a doubt... current flows from negative to positive ( flow of electrons is from negative to positive). so when the tool is connected to negative and workpiece is positive how the material is removed from work piece??
    as the workpiece is connected to positive the material from tool comes and gets deposited on workpiece then how come material is removed from workpiece??

    Sir what is the role of resistance in the circuit? Is it some external resistance that we provided or just the internal resistance of the circuit?

    It is given that from all non conventional machining, EDM has highest MRR, why? Why not LASER or something else.
