It doesn't work ,When i turn bt ,i can't control the lock
Why this kind of lock becomes offline in App and gateway and how to make it online for remote opening?
Wish it work that easy. My Smartlock and Gateway are both paired in the Tuya app, but it won't let me connect my lock to the gateway. It always "There seems to be no feedback from the device. Please refresh and try" that is all it says.
sometimes it's about the time zonemost locks are made in china,the time zone inside pcb is different from your country,so maybe it is the reason
