This place looks so fun!! There is something similar at a Marriott property near this one that we do the same thing and use our points to stay there. We will have to also check this out bc I need a fence around a splash pad for our toddler too! 😂😂

Very cool! We enjoyed our stay. We’ve gotten mixed reports about the condition of the resort among other guests commenting on this video, and certainly some things about the resort are in need of maintenance, but overall, we had a good time.

Looks like a great time. The parking rate seems insane. I don’t blame Alaina for going to get some drinks bc those drinks at hotels can be pricey. Yes, I also bring my own coffee and coffee maker if I stay at a hotel! Loved seeing Pierce playing in the water!!!

Yeah, those small fountain drinks during the first meal were about $8 total for two drinks so probably about $4 a piece.
We’re not sure why the fire alarm went off, but the general consensus was that a child had pulled the alarm.
We’d recommend only eating at the resort if convenience is necessary. If we weren’t making this video with the sole purpose of reviewing the resort, we would have gone off-property, or packed sandwich supplies.

When we were there is was so hot outside anything felt cold, so while I’m not sure exactly, I’m going to say cold because that’s how it felt to us.
I rented that room with a walk in shower for my mom for 3 days and they tried to charge me for parking right after they took it off for the person in front of me. I made a fuss at check out and the manager deducted the parking, there were so many parking spots every day. its not like they need to charge that much. It was clean and my niece was able to come up for the day and I got to play with the 5 kids in the pool.
The parking thing is insane, right?!?
Our room was decent. Someone else in the comment section indicated that their room was not.
The water playground was a little rusty/needed some attention.
The room wasnt without its small issues, the bathroom door wouldnt shut all the way there was a crack you could see out and the water from the shower would roll across the floor making it unsafe. I mentioned this to mngt and they had maint. come up and work on the issues.
If you can find things that could be unsafe and have them take note of it the cost may drop for your stay. It did for us. and I think the parking is just a way to make a lot more $$ so if you complain to mngt they may take it off, worked for us.@@AikenAdventures

It seemed like it was on a particular day of the week, so there may be an activity calendar some place.
Did the room have carpet?
The living room area had hard floors, but the bedrooms had carpet.
You forgot about the $50 resort fee per night also. Between that and the parking fee it's more than the freaking hotel.
I don’t think we had to pay the resort fee. I think that was covered with our points at the time of booking.
We've got four rooms over seven nights with points in January. Can you confirm that you weren't charged a resort fee? I've heard that technically it's policy, but most don't get charged. Would like the $1,400 savings! :)@@AikenAdventures
They charge a resort fee for everyone. He included it when he said how much parking was. Parking is 25 and resort is 50

We are staying here now, and it has been the worst experience we have ever had at a resort. I do not recommend this place. They said their pool was open until 9:00pm, but they closed by 8:30pm. There were roaches in our room. We left for a day at Disney, came back, and our room was never cleaned. But get this. They still took the tip we left. Never again will I stay at this place. We are complaining to the manager right now. Never again. It is ruining our vacation after we spent so much money on this place.

Worst place I have ever stayed at!!! Toilet was stopped up! No room service. Marketplace food terrible! Entire resort extremely dirty!

Arent the kids breakfast free many hotels let kids eat free. $25 too much money for breakfast.
We failed to mention that the kids’ portion of the meal was free. The adult portion was $25 a piece.
