Brown Sequard Syndrome

  • Brown Sequard Syndrome is a condition that is caused by damage to 1/2 of the spinal cord. It leads to loss of motor function on one side of the body and loss of pain and temperature on the other side of the body.

    Can you tell us the difference between central and peripheral paralysis

      Central would most likely affects upper motor neurons and leads to spastic paralysis. Peripheral affects lower motor neurons and is flaccid paralysis
