This is meant to be a release for a tight psoas. It is not intended as a strength building exercise or a stretch, but might be beneficial for both if the body is "stuck" due to tight psoas muscles. Thanks for watching!
Thank you. I’m pretty sure my papas needs help. I get horrible jolts of low back pain every time I step into an unseen depression on the ground which is like 7 times a day because of the uneven ground here where I live. I’ve been doing the Yoga psoas stretch (Sun salutation type thing) but still…….. Really like the short quick tutorial and your calming blue green background and manner.
Is it called a psoas shake because your legs start to shake the higher you raise your legs? Mine shake uncontrollably quite drastically. If I continue doing this will it eventually stop? Thank you
Outstanding! This one really works, yet so simple. I've tried many different exercises to accomplish the same, this one outdoes them all.
That is the trippiest thing I’ve ever tried for my hips. Wow, feels amazing. 🤙🏼
Sorry Im not sure what this is for... Is it to strengthen or to help with flexibility? Thanks

When i did this i found myself laughing at how the shakes got me. Great stuff
Can't hear you on my phone. Can you raise the volume on you mic? Thanks.

Interesting, I have this kind of issue and have a theory
Any other psoas stretches I should do for low back pain?
Great quick guide
It would be great if you would do this in full so we can see it 🤍 thank you
