Just thought that I'd mention that there is a FB group available for those that want to learn more about the craft and ask questions! facebook.com/groups/1435517036944286

Thank you for sharing! This was helpful! Preparing for my first booth and a little nervous.😅

So glad it was helpful! The first show is definitely the hardest, but you'll learn a lot about who's interested in your work and what types of pieces they prefer so that you have better ideas on what pieces to create for them. PLUS, you get to talk to those people, learn more about what they enjoy so that you can market to them easier in the future! Just a tip: Don't forget to drink water and have snacks on hand!!

Lovely to see your face in this helpful video! I tend to use vermeil earwires for my copper makes if people prefer, a rose gold gives a similar look and high quality. I did check out the link you provided but for shipping to the UK it was an additional £20+ ...so new plan as a wire worker to make them myself 😊😄

Aww, thank so much! That's another great option! That shipping price is just, wow! I wonder if tarnish resistant wire works alright? I haven't tried it..

Do you mind saying what you charge for these three items?

It really depends.. I have a basic formula for most of my pieces. I usually calculate materials, labor and added expenses like chain, gift boxes (if you use them), etc. and then multiply that number by AT LEAST 50% (x1.5) or 100% (x2). You'll also need to calculate other expenses like rent and fees as well. Of course, you'll have to determine what you want to pay yourself in labor and whether or not this is meant to be a hobby or a business. Hope that helps!
