Having purchased the book, after watching many many hours of your content I can fully endorse. It has and is giving me a good foundation knowledge to deliver E7 training material. Thank you Chris Brady.
My god! This is so good. The simple presentation and ease of use is complemented well by how Chris describes and explains things. Cheap at twice the price!!!
Good evening, Captain. Thank you very much for issuing this book. I’m a real 737 pilot who started flying just 1 month ago. Your videos and book helped me a lot during my 737 Type Rating course and prepared me to a good level. Even now, whenever I have free time, I’m still reading your book to keep myself on the track. From deep in my heart, I want to say a huge thank you for all the effort that you made to share your knowledge about 737 aircraft with us, I’m sure it helped a lot of future and current pilots. Wishing you all the best. Respectfully, Volodimir.
I'm just a PMDG's B738 enthusiast, I enjoy it in MSFS. I did discover your videos, Sir, last year. It was a great journey to learn about the systems and, more importantly, understanding them thanks for your absolutely amazing talent to pass your knowledge to others. May the 2025 be a great year for you, chief! 🛬 Greetings from EPPO.
I'm a Maintenance Controller for SWA, our work-assigned Ipads have this installed and it is a game-changer! a wealth of information! simply click on a panel in the virtual flight deck and dive as deep as you want; what does this light indicate, what the pilot does in response, and how does the system work-incredible work guys.
SWA Pilot here… you say it’s installed on your iPad, is that different than the Kindle version off Amazon if I buy it now? Or is that what you mean by “installed?”. Chris, I want this on my iPad but I don’t want to have to use Kindle… what’s my option? I’d rather have a PDF version with working hyperlinks in the TOC that I can open with Goodnotes or just save in my file folders.
@@jamessayre865 It is a version of this software that is installed on our work-issued Ipads for tech ops. It may not include all of the content that he is offering here, but very encompassing and useful. Ask for Harry next time you call MOC for an MMO overspeed when the FMS tells on you! :)
@@ChrisBrady737 I’m guessing you couldn’t do pdf due to piracy but are you looking at other versions? iBooks? I use Goodnotes for all my training so I’d love to have a way to get this in there. I went ahead and bought the kindle version for now
What is the main difference in content between this last one and your previous book? What would be more suitable as an aid or extra for a furture 737 pilot? thanks
This new book is a compilation of all of the presentations used in these videos. The other book is a more regular book. This book is probably more in depth
I have already covered the big ATA chapters. I am sure that I will make some more videos for the channel but life is quite busy at the moment. Watch this space!
And please capt chris brady we need a patreon channel where your subscribers can have a zoom hangout to ask more questions about flying and all we need a patreon page pleaseeeee
@@hajiaameena2724free time is very very valuable as an airline pilot! While it would be nice, you have to appreciate the effort that he’s already put in the past 26 years to build the guide in his free time as it is!
Have you seen enough evidence in videos to post a video about the Jeju crash? Not looking for a full analysis at this point, but a primer aimed at the mainstream media journalists teaching them about the fundamentals of this mishap and how to interpret what they’re seeing in the videos would be exceedingly wonderful. Like explaining stabilized approaches, CRM, memory items, formal checklists, compressor stalls vs. bird strikes, etc. Specifically I’d like to know how long it takes to manually extend the gear from the time you flip open the panel on the floor to when they’re locked.
Thank you for creating so many resources to educate people about the Boeing 737.
My pleasure, glad to help
Excellent source of information. Thanks for all your hard work. 👏
My pleasure, thanks for watching
This is great, Captain. Thank you for this invaluable resource 🙏

High praise indeed. Great to hear 👍

Thank you James, your support every much appreciated
Absolutely Brilliant just in time for 737 type rating 👍🏻
I am sure you will find it useful, good luck 🤞

Hi Volodimir, Thank you for your very kind comments. I am so pleased it helped you, this is why I do this work.

Chris thank you for the update! I just got the 737 Technical Guide! Great value for the money. My Son, future 737 driver got it as well!
Great to hear, so glad you are both enjoying it.

Hi James, the Kindle App on your iPad is the only option for this book.

Awesome, looking forward to this!
Enjoy!
Thankk you capt i love you for all you for us 737 lovers
You are welcome, glad you like my work.

Good question, I would say that this book goes into more depth than The 737 Tech Guide. Both are very different formats.
Is there any ability to add audio from the videos to the ebook for future editions?
Not as far as I am aware. Plus that would further increase the file size to unmanageable proportions
Hello Captain! Are you also a Airbus A320 type rating? Do you also have a book based on A320 series?
I only cover the 737 but it seems that there is a gap in the market if anybody wants to try!
Another question captain when you add other ATA chapters will it be added to the app ?
I don’t have an App
@ChrisBrady737 yeah i mean the kindle book through kindle
Hi Chris .
I have the paperback .
With this digital version, would you be doing updates or adding content to it in the future ?
I dont know if Kindle books support updating but if they do then I will update it.
Hi chris, what is the difference between this and the Ibooks Tech guide you do? thanks

Capt will there be more videoes about the 737 covering more ATA chapters or this is where we stop????
I have already covered the big ATA chapters. I am sure that I will make some more videos for the channel but life is quite busy at the moment. Watch this space!
Are there print copies available still?
This new book can’t be printed, there are too many pages. But the 737 Tech Guide is still available in print 👍
Will there be an epub version as well ? Kindle/Amazon and iOS/Apple are for sure a lot of users but epub is another not sooo uncommon one, right ?
I can’t make an EPUB out of this book, it is too large a file size and too many pages. I did try!
Hey, I tried searching for it on amazon but it says ‘currently not available in this app’. My region is India
My data is showing sales of the book in India. I can't explain your situation. Keep trying!
Thank you for the content, Chris! Do you plan to publish something for the Android platform?
You are welcome. Unfortunately I don’t know anything about Android but I will look into it.
Kindle is free and a great app on android too
Amazon says the file size is about 427 MB.
Correct, the KPF file is that size, the EPUB was 2.2GB. Hence the need to use Amazon Kindle.
Impossible to buy in Belgium 😢 Shame.
I already had a hard time buying the book.
The book it's very nice !!!
Sorry about that, I wish it was available more widely.
And please capt chris brady we need a patreon channel where your subscribers can have a zoom hangout to ask more questions about flying and all we need a patreon page pleaseeeee
Sadly I would not have time to run that. Remember I have a day job as an airline pilot as well!
@ChrisBrady737 the zoom hangouts can still be in your free time 😭😭😭😭😪😪😪😪

Unfortunately I haven’t had time to get a video out but I may do so after the publication of the preliminary report if there is one.
