So maybe the next time we wonder what’s happening in the youth of today? We can see what the government is doing to them, and how little value they have for human life, especially children.

Would appear there are a lot of people who rob citizens without a gun, and they are free and walking the streets. Wonder what the lady lawyers response would have been if her dogs had been shot ? There is video of a cop shooting a dog in front of the children who owned the dog for "Officer Safety."

@@SusanBassi I had to get a lawyer when my now ex wife of 30 years told me she would file a false DV report to the police if I didn't move out of our house. This was two days after I found out she was cheating on me. My lawyer bled me close to $10,000 dollars and I still ended up in the street while she got the house, the contents and our savings. This was in New Zealand where the family court screws you over, especially if you're a male. Good luck and God bless.

As a former abuse investigator (CPW and Elder Abuse) for the Iowa Department of Human Services, I worked in a (more than usual) corrupt county for several years. "Good Old Boy" was nearly an official title in this particular county government. On more than one occasion, the County Attorney (prosecutor, a professional punisher of the worst sort) and I disagreed about my case recommendations to the District Family Court.
During one hotly contested case, the County Attorney refused to represent me in Court unless I changed my recommendations to be ridiculously punitive. I refused the demand for the changes, I reminded the County Attorney that I worked for the State of Iowa, not the county, and I also reminded him he was supposed to be my legal representative (Iowa County Attorneys can refuse to represent social services in court though it's rare for them to do so). The County Attorney replied,"I don't give a damn about state law, I care even less about federal law, I run this county." I did an end-run around that a**hole by convincing an Assistant State AG to represent my position in Court. That was the first time anyone had ever made the maneuver in that county. The (state) Court adopted and ordered my unchanged recommendations.
The County Attorney wasn't pleased with me, to say the least. A few weeks after my "win," I learned the hard way that the County Attorney literally meant what he said. During another case... a lying County Attorney, a lying Assistant County Attorney, and a lying, Sheriff... who would my DHS masters believe. I couldn't be fired because I'd done nothing illegal. Nonetheless, after a 6-month-long investigation that turned up nothing on me, I was transferred to a DHS office 100 miles away. My wife worked in the same office as I, she refused to move, and my life went straight to hell after that.
“... a lie can travel halfway around the world while the truth is still putting on its shoes.” Jonathan Swift. "Give an idiot a little power, and they will waste no time vigorously abusing it." Me.
Keep up the good work, Susan. I speak from the experiences of far worse cases than the one I noted above when I state: "Poking your nose where powerful people don't believe it belongs can be risky."

Do these attorneys really think they can evade process just by acting like jerks, or worse? If nothing else, their court dockets can be checked, and they can be served trying to enter or leave courtrooms or buildings.
Is it legal in CA for process servers to put ILPR's on spare cars to watch for targets, or to buy FedEx or Flock and Motorola spy data illicitly sold to police and other agencies?
The former President of Greater Phoenix MENSA added a law license to his engineering one, in order to challenge corrupt family courts. He ended up burning his Bar card on that state's Supreme Court steps after being flouted, and filed 3 Petitions for Writ of Certiorari with SCOTUS to challenge structural illegalities in that larger state Bar system.
Commercial media depicted the lawyer with cancer who took out a carefully chosen CA family court judge, and tried for another in NJ, as if crazy, rather than as aware of specific facts of what should be easier to prosecute criminal activity within so-called justice systems. Responsible media would do more to inform the public about crooks in positions of power.
