No it's not a cheat As you can see she used a syringe just before you attack her , which means 100HP back She may also have thickskin and owlf trained perks on her loadout I guess you didn't have fearless on your pred which makes it harder for your predator to kill someone with meele specially with wristblades Lol She was also on Playstation , there's no health cheating way on Playstation as far as i know
