This is one of my favorite abandoned mansions. I would move in and leave it as is. It’s unique and beautiful. Makes me sick that it’s going to be destroyed.
I was the passenger in an SUV yesterday that hit the end of a guardrail head on at 60mph. I was in the trauma center all day/night until I was upgraded. My dog who was in the back hit the windshield and is in the emergency vet. I needed to watch some of these videos to get the accident off of my mind. I am in so much pain. Please, everyone with a dog, get harnesses and seatbelts for them. My dog is 100 lbs and he still was thrown from the back of our SUV. Great video! ❤
Thank you for the prayers and kind messages. I will be putting up a video after the holidays about the accident and how we all are. My sweet dog and my friend who was driving are here with me at home. He had a diabetic drop in sugar and it caused him to pass out while driving. Scary how it takes less than a second for a car to end up hitting something. There was no time to react.
Bless you sweetheart I'm praying for you and definitely your baby doggy for sure! May God heal and bless you each. I pray God gives you strength and massive patience. Give strength to your family too! BTW: something that might make you smile for a moment. When our friend stepped in front of the toilet it lifted and we were all like, okay now that's cool. Y'all know as well as I do that all dude was thinking was, "Yeah, I'm peeing in that toilet before I leave this place!!" Lol!!
I am Totally Captivated by this mansion!!💖 I have never seen such impeccable example of such exquisite space and architecture from that time period!! Oh my Gosh what an absolute dream home!!🤩 I am woozy with delight just from seeing it! It's too incomprehensible to fathom that it will be demolished!😩

You are correct. This house is incredible. Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to outbid and keep this treasure of a home alive. I would keep most everything as is, though a bit outdated by some opinions it is still so cool. That fireplace off the kitchen gorgeous. I imagine that area was the heart of the home, a great place to gather family and friends. Love that sunroom! What a great private lot. Makes me angry and sad. Wish I had the means to beat some of these developers at their own game. I wish I were on a zoning board and able to deny permits that include needless and wasteful destruction. You have taken us on some incredible tours through some beautiful homes, but this one is by far, my very favorite! I LOVE the sunroom off the bedroom/dining rooms. My cat would lose his mind in there-it would be the best catio ever! I wish I could own this home. The only thing I didn't like about it was the fact that it was going to be demolished. I agree with everyone else-so sad it's being destroyed. Thanks for the amazing tour!

Ethan that was incredible, A self contain party mansion i could see that top part middle section being some sort of a mini chapel/ church to host all the Italian weddings the top right section looked like it could be the place where they held huge banquet. Then the bottom section was like boom the reception dancing floor and indoor entertainment area for the bambinis. Another great find Ethan.

for a 44 year old home what a classic gem the basement was party central the bathrooms were nice size and the kitchen was grand but a beautiful home and I can not see why they want to demolish it thank you Ethan for showing us another beautiful home
I love the way you are so respectful of these properties, Ethan. I am like you, if I turn a light on, I turn it off upon leaving the room. This house is lovely, and I wish it was not going to be torn down. In so many houses, where they have been abandoned and so much is left, I always wish that the family or someone would at least take the clothes, appliances, furniture, and give them to people in need who would be so glad to get them. These items could be of use instead of sitting there, rusting, decaying, and of no use to anyone.
This abandoned mansion is breathtaking it's so surreal. The mahogany molding, just the outline of the home , the way they built this home with semitry and balance. It's a beautiful traditional classic home. I so love it.

Pretty neat house. I really liked the living room. The three big colors of the 70s. Where brown, avocado green and bright orange. That's one way to tell what year it was built. Plus looking at the date on the windows, which I thought was very smart of you.
Oh Ethan I know I can’t, but I wish I could take you back to the 70’s! Today is the best time of my life, but I will never forget the 70’s. The craziest, most colorful, best music, concerts every weekend, , biggest party ever💃🏻🎸. All that place needed was a disco ball. And I hate disco, but I love 🪩. Rock on Ethan!❤️

I have been watching your videos, for a couple of years now. And, have enjoyed your love and passion for what you do. The past videos of homes that could have been easily restored and lived in.......lets me know the fall in line with the rest of society, which is going on right now. In the entry of this home, that is a custom made table with a marble enlay to section off the room. And that clock is an antique. It looks as if someone was taking the time to update the bathrooms. Its hard to build a house that can actually be moved into even forty yrs later sure its a bit outdated but very beautiful and liveable still❤❤Sad to see another gorgeous home tore down and another 🍪 cutter generic house or apartments built.. Hi. The reason the Sun Room is so narrow, it wasn't really a Sun Room but a 70's way to Passively heat a house. Very very cool house. 😊

That's a quality built home. The upstairs has absolutely no sign of any water leaks anywhere. And look at how clean this house is.

Yeah you did good Ethan. Italian families are big and we do love our get togethers. Some are shorter stature I'm 4'10"
