Hello loves. This is a throwback. This cake was for my nephew. I’m talking about my sister and I’m just joking around. 😂 she’s the best because I literally don’t have to worry at all. She always just tells me what she wants and I go with it. 🥰🥰

The fact that she always had something to complain about made me instantly think I wouldn’t want her as a customer and that’s exactly the type of people that would discourage people in moving forward in their career because they don’t wanna deal with ‘Karen’’s cuz they exist

I am very sorry for your loss. There is nothing anyone can say that can comfort the heart of a parent that lost a child. Cause you did lose a child. The moment the test turns positive, you are a mama for this little bean. No loss is less important. You do have 3 children, even though you might not be able to hold them all right now. As for these disgusting people who treated you in the hospital, I truly hope they never really learn what you went through. Cause there is only one way to learn, and this is not a fate to wish for anyone.
So sorry you had this experience! It would so be helpful if the customer writes down exactly what they want and keeps a copy of the desires for the cake(in our busy lives not hard to forget the easiest details, right!?). If this was a repeat customer, hopefully you can recoup your fee on the next cake?

Lol!! Love the story behind it. I was so lucky bc I worked for a CEO’s whose philosophy was that the customer isn’t always right! While h e was running the show, we were backed up in our decisions and never ever felt threatened. Once he left, all of the great culture went with him! However I’m lucky to have been one of the thousands to have worked with this brilliant, humble, down to earth, loving, generous and so many more things man! He was truly the best!
