2 little tricks for action figure collectors and builders: Wanna pose their figures and the joints are a bit loose or doesn't come with a pose stand? Use Silly Putty. Use it to hold joints in place, and you can use the stuff for a pose stand. I've had figures that just won't stand on their own and didn't come with a stand, so Silly Putty does a great job. It stays where you put it, doesn't degrade over time and does NOT leave bits of residue and pieces behind (but it can soften if too hot). If I'm not mistaken, there are DIY as well as on the market versions that come in a variety of colors. ALSO, it can be used to mask off areas if you are painting models, etc.
Got a NECA Macready figure from The Thing, last week. Broke the flamethrower within 10 minutes and had to Gorilla glue it. NECA figures look great but they can be extremely delicate. I can’t stop collecting their Predator line, I have nearly all of them 😂
They have really improved QC though i think, especially in the loose joints department

I have this fugure myself. Picked it up in HMV for 50 euro. I never wanted to take this out of the packaging, for display reasons. Thanks Nate, for giving us a good review 😅
I bought one of those as soon ans I saw it. I'm glad I don't have a credit card, because I would be buying NECA stuff all the time. And I like how they allow you to take the figure out of the packaging without destroying it, so you can put it back.
I just started reading the original 20 issue Epic comic book series of Hellraiser and enjoying it so far; very excited about what stories I read next. Really getting into the Hellraiser universe when it was just a passive favorite horror movie in the past. I love the first 4 movies as a whole and can binge them any time.
I'm watching this while painting my dark eldar army imagine a 40k hellraiser crossover a dark eldar cenobite would be right on brand for both maybe they form an alliance of like minds.
The best NECA figure I have is the 18: Jason Voorhees from THE FINAL CHAPTER. I need to buy a doll stand for it before I take it out of the packaging because they have a tendency to fall over..

Mr. H, have you seen Dune yet? I haven't read the book in 20 years, but felt the movie did what I remember justice. Aside from some audio issues, I thoroughly enjoyed.

Now, I want to see a laughably poor "Punch & Judy" recreation of one of the scenes from any Hellraiser movie involving Pinhead and a "foe". Pinhead, obviously, voiced by Mr. H and (for example) Kirsty Cotton, also voiced by a higher pitched Mr. H.

I also have an array of other figures, like Buffy and the like. And am proud to have them, even if they are currently in a box, and not on display. Well considering there is a market it seems someone decided to fill that niche. Besides, from my own limited knowledge most adult collectors prefer to display them.
