Nice little haul. If you want to turn this into a sustainable business, you need to educate yourself on true vintage clothing. 90's/Y2K fashion will not always be in fashion. You passed over so much true vintage stuff that is timeless. No disrespect, but learn more about vintage clothing and expand your vision. Keep up the hustle.
if u wana sit on items for 1-5 years then yea ..but this is mostly quick flip selling. y2k sells. If you wana have consistent sales and be a sustainable business, it's about sourcing what’s currently trending and what moves, not just what’s "timeless". trends will be trends but adapting to them and sourcing them is what rly matters. Sell-through rate (STR).
@@LimitedLuck Agreed. But most people don't recognize trends and get caught with a lot of inventory when it changes. But true vintage never goes out of style and people will spend a lot of money on 40's, 50's, 60's, and 70's clothing. These pieces are more rare and command a premium. They never go out of style for collectors and people who wear period clothing on the daily. And you'll never see a piece of clothing from the 40's-60's sit for 1-5 years. All I'm saying is if you're in the "vintage" game for the long haul you need to expand you're knowledge and picking game. You're already out there, why leave crumbs on the table?
@@bebenmadman I see where you’re coming from but at the same time for my business I have a huge curation aspect to it and I don’t try to sell stuff that I personally wouldn’t wear. And in my opinion I don’t like true vintage very much, and I didn’t even see much at this barn. It was mostly y2k and modern with some 90s stuff mixed in.
Crazy haul🔥👍
Thank you 🙏
