Your making all my collard Valley Cooks favorites, I converted your original recipe to a 10-inch deep dish pie plate, that crust is the best, but this looks like a good quick one using less ingredients. The instant lemon can be hard to find certain times of the year, but I stay stocked up since using your recipe. Your like me gotta make it pretty.
I have got to get my coolwhip out of the freezer and I am going to make this. Yum, sounds so good and refreshing. It could be made with any kind of pudding, chocolate or even butterscotch. Thank you for giving me a good pie recipe that is just enough for 1 person. If I make a cake, i freeze part of it, but a pie I sure can eat in a couple of days. LOL I have made desserts for just 1 person and they are good too. Thank you, Tammy. I have everything to make this, thank you for a great new recipe. LOL
If you use the zester over the lemon, instead of the lemon on top of the zester, you can see exactly what you’re zesting and don’t zest too deep, just turn the lemon as you go, and when you’re done just tap the zester to be sure you get all of the zested lemon or lime off of your zester.
Tip, turn the microplane upside down so that the underside is facing upwards and you grate the zest off all citrus by doing this you have better control and sight of the fruit’s surface this way you will be able to see if you are getting too close to the pith by doing it this way you don’t get the white pith but you end up with more zest
Lazy day salad 20oz crushed pineapple Cup small marshmallows or a little more 2 vanilla pudding (don't cook) 1 large of cool whip. Off brand will do. Add crushed pineapple and marshmallows, set aside a few minute. Stir in boxes of pudding. Fold in cool whip. And chopped nuts if you like.
Ohh, that is so sweet and adorable and beautiful! Not to mention, I know it's absolutely delish because I LOVE lemon lush! What a great idea, Tammy, to make it in pie form and your decorations are darling. Going to definitely make this. Thanks for another GREAT video! 🍋🍋🍋💛
The toasted pecan’s give’s the mouth as well lighting up your pleasure endorphins with the perfect crunch in a pie that would otherwise be one dimensional yum ❤

Tammy, I have a nut allergy 😢, developed later in life. I always loved pecans, almonds, walnuts, etc. Especially in baked goods. The last 8 years I have had to seek alternatives. Just curious Tammy, how you think Salted or UnSalted Pumpkin Seeds/Pepitas would taste in this recipe, or maybe Sunflower seeds? Or any other seed, or maybe soy nuts. Or does anyone have any recommendations of an alternative to nuts. Something that adds texture, crunch like nuts or something that has a slight nutty flavor. Also Tammy, I would love to see you take a few old fashion baked goods recipes that usually require nuts of some kind and you create the recipes with alternatives to nuts in a TH-cam video. You are Queen Bee Baker in my opinion, far more experienced than anyone I know now that my grandmother has passed. I watch your videos all the time to learn because your recipes remind me of my grandmother's. PS to all of you out there 'WOW' brand Soy Butter is the only peanut butter alternative I have found that actually tastes like peanut butter and can be used as an alternative to peanut butter in baked goods, etc. I make peanut butter fudge and no one knows lol I have made peanut butter cookies and no one knows lol

Personally I don’t like using the citrus press as I taste the pith ( white part ) due to the press is not the only squeezing the flesh but you’re squeezing the pith as well
