Massive shoutout to TangoTeds for creating and customizing the amazing symbiote variants of the PS5 symbiote suit! This is a CONCEPT! I made it using mods and LOTS of editing.
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is the next game in PlayStation’s critically acclaimed Marvel’s Spider-Man franchise. Developed by Insomniac Games in collaboration with Marvel Games and PlayStation for the PS5 console.

One thing I’d love to be in the game is the idea of when in the symbiote suit, being able to just hit the big dudes that you usually need to web up

@@O.H306 yes it makes sense I know but the game is already easy even on the toughest difficulty. Unless this game is a step up in terms of difficulty from the last 2 it’s no need to make it easier imo. Lore wise tho that would be a nice detail to add.

I’ve always been of the belief that the menu CANT look the same when we have the symbiote. It should really have a different feel/vibe completely

Really well made for a fan project. The custom voice lines are super cool too. Seeing how you also hinted at every suit having a symbiote variant makes me want that in the actual game. I would be fine if it wasn't a feature, but if insomniac went the extra mile and created symbiote variants for all or at least some other suits it would be amazing. Even if they're just black and white recolors without any extra detailing I would still be happy.

I really like the idea of Suit Unlock Tree. For example, if you want to unlock Across The Spider-Verse's 2099 suit, you have to first unlock regular 2099 suit, and unlock the entire Sony Animation movie suits, and the intersection of these 2 suit branches is the movie suit. same with the other variant. Maybe you have to unlock spider-armor mk1 to unlock mk 2, integrated suit before No Way Home's final swing suit (which I love to call "Rebirth Suit").

Choosing a separate regular suit and symbiote suit is such a good way of doing it.
Hopefully they added the Across the Spider verse suits

One thing that I hope is in the game is that as the suit evolves, Peters swing style changes. In the comics it begins to come out of the top of his wrist. It’d be cool to see his swinging style also become more aggressive along with the fighting. That’d really sink in the feeling that the symbiote is changing him in more ways than one.

This modding is amazing, I was convinced it was official gameplay footage of the new game, even with the Web of Shadows music.
If the animated suit in this video is from the 1994 Animated Series that I grew up with I demand it be put in Marvel's Spider-Man 2 with the symbiote suit from the show we all must have it with shocker and venom if that happens I will be very excited Insomniac needs to do it :)

Just a theory but I think at the end, to fight Venom. Peter will formulate Anti-Venom Suit. A white variant of the symbiotic that we see in this gameplay. In gameplay wise, even after beating the game, it will make sure that Peter still has access to a symbiotic version of the suit that he can totally control without influencing him
