Rules: Beat the game (first quest)
    Part: 1 of 3
I randomly decided to play a somewhat recent Zelda hack and chose this one. I'm really glad I did. It's a lot of fun without being brutally difficult, and it even has two full quests. This was my first time playing this hack so I chose the first quest. Kudos to The3Dude for making this awesome hack!
    Here are some highlights:
14 minutes, 20 seconds - The bombs are free! This is a pleasant surprise.
44 minutes, 50 seconds - Just like in the original, two blue potions combine to make a red one. I feel like a lot of people don't know that.
1 hour, 14 minutes - Look at this! The red bubble permanently prevents you from using your sword until you touch a blue bubble (or use a potion, get healed by a fairy, or grab a Triforce I think). No problem since the blue bubbles are right in the next room though, right? Buy why can't I get them to appear in a location that I can actually touch them? I tried going down the stairs, killing an enemy, and yelling at the game. Come on! After a million years I was finally able to find another blue bubble in a different room.
1 hour, 56 minutes, 30 seconds - You can walk through this slanted piece of rock, but only in one direction. Not sure if that was done on purpose or not but if so then that's pretty clever.
2 hours, 4 minutes - It was at this time that I realized that bombable walls on the overworld are indicated by a crack. Some cracks cannot be blown open though, and I think that might be because they are bombable in the second quest. It wouldn't be until I attempted the second quest that I'd realize that the trees also have slight indicators if they can be burned. I think that's actually written down somewhere (maybe in the readme) but I didn't want any spoilers.

The constant pauses make this very annoying to watch

Yeah I see what you mean. It's been a while but I'm pretty sure I was drawing a map by hand every time I entered a new screen and was taking notes when I came across something. I had another one (not uploaded) that was way worse. It was a game for the Genesis called Shining in the Darkness which is a first person dungeon crawler. Take one step, update your map on the graph paper you're using, take another step, repeat. I used to just upload these videos as a backup for myself but now that some people are actually watching them I'll keep that in mind. I appreciate the feedback!
