If you layered them over each other you'd probably notice the difference. I couldn't hear the difference in Love Story but I can hear the differences in just about every other song. I was a teen when this first came out. I didn’t think too much of the lyrics, just enjoyed the melody and how it sounded. Ten years later, I’ve just finished meeting up with a guy in a coffee shop. We talked and at some point during our time there, something changed and we clicked. Walking home from that coffee shop, I remember feeling giddy and how I wanted to see him again. I decided to listen to this song and it was magical really in how the song reflected that feeling when you meet someone who you’re excited about. That person who changes everything.

One of my frustrations in the stolen version was I can't hear the blending of their voices. I can hear Ed's voice a little but I can't consider is as blending because it should _blend_ and not just one person overlapping his/her partner. Hearing this re-recording of the song really hits different. Everything has indeed changed, but some things have remained the same or might I say have become better.

After many years, so much have changed. How I can relate to this song, how people come and pass by, how I sleep every night thinking about the uncertainties. Hearing this song like it's the first time again makes me so emotional, so nostalgic, so happy and magical. Thank u ms. Taylor.
