my granddaughter loves to thrift, but for me whenever I try, the clothes seem to feel dirty. When I walk into a thrift store, goodwill, etc, there seems to be a smell. I can’t get past it. I try. Do you have tips for that? Certain stores that are better than others?
I’m actually uploading a new video today on Thrift Tips - but I didn’t address the smell. I would definitely say that some stores are better and more clean than others. Usually the newer Goodwills smell isn’t that strong, but honestly - it just comes with the territory. I totally get it because my mom is the same way - she can’t get past the smell either.
