Maam, correction, sa scope of work mo, 9mm hardiflex ee install mo,
Pero sa materials breakdown mo iba na specs nang materials nilagay mo 12.5mm gypsum board.
Iba ang prices nang 9mm hardiflex, at iba ang price nang 12.5mm gypsum brd.
Other materials are OK and the labour cost. Sample mo is isang pc of gypsum brd which is
2.88 sq.m area or isang pc nang hardiflex which is 1.2m x 2.4m
